Owning growth and making money

You’ll take full ownership of growth for a newly acquired German consumer brand with massive upside. You’ll design, test, and scale everything, from tracking and creatives to funnels, markets, and lifecycle marketing, moving fast, experimenting boldly, and driving real revenue and margin growth.

What you’ll do

  • Run and scale Meta campaigns exceeding $150K per month across multiple stores and categories.

  • Design performance-driven ad creatives in Figma that capture attention and convert.

  • Own attribution using tools like Triple Whale to deliver clarity on what drives results.

  • Stay ahead of Meta trends, algorithm shifts, and creative best practices.

  • Engineer retention loops through remarketing, post-purchase flows, and loyalty campaigns.

  • Iterate relentlessly, testing and learning to scale what works.

  • Collaborate across teams to align campaigns with product, store, and analytics goals.

  • Drive measurable growth by optimizing CAC, ROAS, and retention within 3 to 6 months.

Extra

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Google Ads, or other paid channels.

  • Experience with email, SMS, or loyalty marketing.

  • Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Analytics.

  • €60,000–€80,000 base salary plus up to €40,000 in performance bonuses directly tied to profitable growth.

  • You are a native German speaker with strong English communication skills.

  • You are based in Amsterdam or ready to relocate before starting, with a regular in-office presence.

  • You have hands-on experience across the full growth stack, Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, and Microsoft Clarity, and know how to connect these tools into one efficient performance engine (or have better tools in mind that achieve the same outcome even faster).

  • You understand tracking, attribution, and creative testing, and can translate insights into measurable growth.

  • You have a strong creative eye and good taste, you know what makes content convert and can spot the difference between good and great.

  • You have experience with content strategy and production, from ad concepts to visuals and storytelling.

  • You think analytically but act creatively, blending data-driven decision-making with intuition and experimentation.

  • You use AI tools and lightweight automation to move faster, test smarter, and eliminate repetitive work.

  • You are curious, fast-learning, and self-driven, preferring to figure things out rather than wait for instruction.

  • You have a builder’s mindset, you take ownership, move fast, fix problems quickly, and focus on results more than polish.

  • You thrive in an early-stage, high-speed environment with flat structure, direct feedback, and an obsession with performance.

  • You want to be part of a bigger mission, building one of the most ambitious AI-native commerce groups in the world.
