We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs who have scaled businesses to 10s of millions of users 10s of millions in revenue multiple countries and 9-digit exits - and we are just getting started. We are backed with 3 million in equity even though we havent actively raised funding yet - yes investors are chasing us.

Tasks

The role

As a UI / UX Designer (Working Student) youll define how companies experience modern tax advisory - simple and intuitive.

Your work will define every touchpoint businesses have with Tribex and how our internal teams work with AI. Youll collaborate directly with engineering product GTM and clients to turn complex processes into effortless and beautiful digital experiences.

Were building a breakout company - and design is central to that. Youll own our products look feel and usability from day one.

What youll own

• Design 01 : Design the first versions of our product and work with us on all things that involve design - defining Tribexs visual identity UX and the foundation of what great design means at Tribex.
• Shape the client experience : Design how companies interact with their tax advisor day-to-day ensuring simplicity and delight in every touchpoint.
• Drive end-to-end design : Work with clients engineering product and GTM to turn complex workflows into seamless intuitive experiences
• Test & refine : Run usability tests gather insights and refine designs based on real user feedback.
