IMAGO is a leading image & video provider for media, brands & sports based in Berlin. National & international top clients use a variety of media from IMAGO, from news, sports or entertainment photos to footage, for their editorial & commercial contributions.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Manager for New Business Development , who will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities in the international market.
We are looking immediately for our team in Berlin or remote.
Tasks
- Achieving growth by hunting and acquiring new business clients in Japan based on an objective business plan
- Working closely with our sales leadership to build out strong positions in the largest media groups & brands
- Research, Cold Calling, Emailing and reaching out to new clients
- Heavy emphasis on outbound & commitment to action to establish IMAGO further in creative & corporate
- Significant relationship building through outbound activity and networking
- Participate in the wider growth from a strategic market, product & revenue point of view
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- New Revenue. Early wins into new clients & sustained growth into existing accounts
- Lead Generation & Acquisition of potential clients in the new market
- Breakthrough levels of outbound activity
- A convincing plan for vertical growth over 24 months
- Positive, collaborative relationships & great communication with all IMAGO stakeholders
Requirements
- You are eager to win and have a passion for establishing new relationships
- Interest in visual content, media, brand or sports topics
- Experiences in the full sales cycle; from identifying new clients until the closure of a contract is a plus
- Desire to build something new and deliver growth
- Fluent English & Japanese skills
