Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ESG Manager to lead and enhance our sustainability and ESG initiatives. This role will play a critical part in shaping our ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with reporting standards, and fostering transparent communication with stakeholders. The role is reporting to the Head of ESG.

This is a hybrid role that takes place three days per week in our Berlin and Hamburg offices.

What You Will Do

Lead sustainability and ESG reporting, including CSRD and GRI frameworks

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of public sustainability information

Manage carbon tracking, including monitoring, reporting, and reduction initiatives

Provide ESG-related information to investors and support sustainability-focused discussions

Develop and implement sustainability communication strategies

Collaborate with teams to drive ESG initiatives and embed sustainability into operations

Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices

Organize internal sustainability meetings and respond to ESG-related requests

Lead the creation and implementation of a companywide sustainability strategy

What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields

Experience in ESG or sustainability reporting, with expertise in CSRD and GRI reporting

Knowledge of S&P, MSCI, Sustainalytics, and UN Global Compact frameworks

Strong understanding of carbon tracking and emissions reporting

Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret and share complex ESG data

Proven ability to collaborate across functions and lead ESG initiatives

Fluent English in Written and Spoken
