OARS Trainee

(6 months internship full time or 1 year in part time as from September)

The mission

We are looking for an intern to assist and support the OARS Department in day-to-day business and corporate matters.

Main objectives of the role

50% - Support to Facilities Management and Building Operations :

• Space and Facility Management : Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of workspaces (offices, meeting rooms, common areas).
• Environment Security : monitor the security procedures in place and manage the company's badges.
• Supplier Relations : Manage relationships with external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.), monitor contracts and interventions, ensuring service quality.
• Equipment and Infrastructure Maintenance : Oversee and maintain technical equipment (HVAC, lighting, etc.), handle repair or replacement requests.
• Cost and Resource Optimization : Suggest solutions to optimize the use of space, consumables, and facility-related costs.

40% - Support to Reception and Phone System Management :

10% - Reception and catering Coordination of Associated Services :
