Tamschick Exhibition Ventures (TEV) is a spin off within Tamschick Group.

TEV develops innovative experiences and tailored solutions for various challenges / needs / markets within an ingenious company culture.

Tasks

Your role :

As a Project Manager you will oversee a variety of exciting projects ensuring smooth execution from conception to completion. Your key responsibilities include :

Project Coordination : Managing timelines resources and budgets to meet project goals and exceed client expectations.
Client Communication : Serving as the main point of contact for clients keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Collaboration : Coordinating with creatives technologists contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
ProblemSolving : Addressing challenges with a proactive and creative approach.
Documentation & Reporting : Maintaining project plans schedules and reports to ensure alignment across teams and clients.

Requirements

Your profile :

We are looking for someone with a blend of business acumen and practical skills who appreciates a fastpaced and creative environment. Key qualifications include :

A degree in business project management or related fields or equivalent experience.

Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent crosscultural communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and colleagues.

A natural downtoearth personality with a friendly approachable demeanor which thrives in a flat hierarchy structure.

Problem solving mindset with a focus on enhancing team work to achieve shared goals.

Experience in architectural or creative industries as a project manager is a plus but not a must.

Proficiency in English and German.
