Position (s) : Sales Manager (s) & Team Leader for Sales

Industry : Logistics / warehouse automation

We are currently partnering with a leading Intralogistics company, a provider of hi-tech automated systems, to recruit talented individuals for the sales team across Germany.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer-oriented support and advice to existing and generate new customers.
  • Develop and propose customer-specific solutions in line with company's offered solutions and products.
  • Create technical and commercial offers using the SAP ERP system.
  • Track and manage standardized and individual offers throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate and support projects, collaborating with internal departments such as development, product management, and project management.
  • Actively engage in market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in sales of warehouse automation and intralogistics.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering, particularly in intralogistics systems.
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software.
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel majorly to Germany, DACH and EU.
  • Proactive, reliable, and capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language skills in English and German are advantageous.
