International Sales Support & Customer Service Specialist - German

and responsibilities
- Handling daily order entry, processing, and expedition of orders.
- Monitoring production statuses.
- Responding to customer requests and inquiries.
- Coordinating special shipping instructions with the Shipping Department.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Assisting the global sales team with various functions.
- Understanding the language of international business, including a letter of credit, proforma, CADs (Cash Against Documents), certificate of origin, and export freight terms.
- Provide support to our national and international trade partners and field sales representatives via phone and email.
- Manage order processing from entry to delivery, acting as a liaison between customers, warehouse / shipping, and production.
- Prepare quotations and ensure accurate documentation of deliveries in compliance with export regulations.
- Correspond fluently in both German and English.
Your profile
- Manage partner relationships : You'll provide support to our retail partners and field staff through phone and email, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
- Order management : From entry to delivery, you'll oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring a smooth operation and timely delivery.
- Liaison work : Act as a vital link between customers and internal teams, including warehouse, shipping, and production, to facilitate effective communication and operations.
- Proposal development : Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Documentation preparation : Handle the creation of shipping documents, ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations.
- Bilingual correspondence : Engage in correspondence with stakeholders in both German and English, maintaining clarity and professionalism in communication.
