What are you going to do :
When you start as a part-time customer service agent in Leusden, Netherlands, you will be employed by a fully online operating insurance company.
The company offers its customers affordable insurance contracts through an advanced online platform.
As their customer service agent you will be responsible for the German market. This is why it is important that you are fluent in German.
You will assist customers with all questions regarding the company's services, both via email and phone.
You have the opportunity to work from home 50 % of the time and not from their offices in Leusden, Netherlands. The company will provide you with all the necessary equipment, allowing you to set up your own home office for this part-time position.
