Requirement Engineer (m/f/d) - Business Analysis, Ingenieur

From customer onboarding to customer closing, from transaction entry to invoice generation and payment. We will give you the opportunity to drive business developments by supporting our agile development process in the definition of business, IT and compliance requirements.

Deine Aufgaben

You are the expert in creating high quality refinable EPICs.

• Assess requirements with Business units, Process Managers, Finance department
• Assess requirements with IT and compliance teams
• Create EPICs and document the requirements
• Define Initial Acceptance criterias with stakeholders
• Take part in refinements with Stakeholders and Development teams
• Validate Non-functional-requirements on EPIC level
• Hand over EPIC to development teams as per agreed quality criteria

Deine Qualifikation

• Attention to detail : to document a high quality result, you need to understand the details of the requirements and have an ability to dig deeper
• Making complexity look easy : Sometimes requirements are difficult in their nature of being. You have the skill to make them easy understandable for development teams
• Knowledge : Knowledge in the area of financial business, credit card issuing or credit card acquiring would be a real plus
• Interpersonal skills : You will be working in an international environment with many cultural difference. You have proven yourself in such environments in previous work relations
• Communication skills : You are fluent in speaking and writing in English, German would be a plus as any other language
• You are self-motivated and goal-oriented
