Our client, a distinguished leader in the FMCG sector, is currently undergoing expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager (m / f / d) to join the organization at the earliest opportunity.
Tasks
- Develop and implement global brand strategies
- Manage and oversee brand positioning across target markets
- Design and launch customer-focused product innovations
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
- Plan and execute global communication campaigns
- Leverage traditional and digital channels such as TV, PR, SEA, SEO, and social media
- Develop and support go-to-market strategies and market entry concepts
- Lead and develop a team of 1–2 brand managers
- Take responsibility for managing the global marketing budget
Profil
Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualificationAt least 5 years of professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sectorProven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiariesStrong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven toolsFluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantageExcellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilitiesStrong team player with an entrepreneurial mindsetBenefits
