Job Description Summary

Supervises a team, ensuring the team meets plant and departmental goals and that quality conforms to all regulations, instructions, and standards.

Fosters an environment that encourages continuous teamwork, and works to improve quality technical processes. Recommends modifications to existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.

Synthesizes and organizes suggestions for improvements; submits suggestions to management.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Betreuung eines fest definierten Kunden- und Lieferantenkreises
• Prüfung und Umsetzung von kundenspezifischen Forderungen
• Einleitung, Überwachung und Realisierung von Qualitätsmanagementmaßnahmen
• Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen mittels 8D-Report
• Mitarbeit in Projektteams zur Vermeidung von Verschwendung und zur Stabilisierung von Produktionsprozessen
• Planung und Durchführung von Audits
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen des Unternehmens

Job Description

• Support for a defined group of customers and suppliers
• Checking and implementing customer-specific requirements
• Initiation, monitoring and implementation of quality management measures
• Processing customer complaints using 8D reports
• Collaboration in project teams to avoid waste and stabilize production processes
• Planning and carrying out audits
• Collaboration with other specialist departments within the company

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, Techniker, Meister mit Berufserfahrung
• Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie wünschenswert
• Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Selbstständige und dabei zielorientierte und ausdauernde Arbeitsweise, Analysefähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Organisations- und Koordinationsgeschick
• Bereitschaft und Freude an Reisetätigkeit

Profile

• Completed studies, technician, master craftsman with professional experience
• Professional experience in the automotive industry desirable
• Good written and spoken English, other language skills an advantage
• Independent, goal-oriented and persistent way of working, analytical ability as well as communication and teamwork skills
• Organizational and coordination skills
• Willingness and pleasure in traveling
