Your work will empower our teams strengthen organisational clarity and help leaders build highperforming environments so that our products and culture evolve together to support the restaurants of tomorrow.
Menu of Responsibilities
As part of our People & Culture Team you will take ownership of strategic and operational topics that influence every corner of our organisation including:
- Leading the People & Culture team with clarity direction and strategic alignment.
- Leading strategic People & Culture projects presenting them effectively to Clevel and ensuring execution and followthrough.
- Steering core People & Culture processes such as salary reviews internal mobility FTE planning and alignment with finance.
- Managing and evolving our grading framework compensation models STI system and internal progression structures.
- Driving organisational development: analysing team structures advising on change supporting workforce planning and guiding leaders through transformation.
- Acting as a trusted partner to managers by providing proactive clear and consistent advice including legal related work topics.
Ingredients for Success
- Very good expertise across People & Culture domains including compensation talent development org design employment law and leadership support.
- The ability to translate data workforce insights and business needs into clear strategic recommendations.
- Experience leading teams and creating alignment structure and clarity across stakeholders at all levels.
- A mindset focused on consistency fairness and transparency grounded in frameworks rather than subjective decisions.
- Proven capability in driving change enabling leaders and helping organisations navigate growth or restructuring.
- A peoplecentric approach with excellent communication skills trustbuilding abilities and a handson solutionoriented working style.
- Fluent in German and English.
