What you'll do

In your role as Working Student supporting the Office of the Head of Public Cloud ERP Engineering your specific tasks include but are not limited to :

• Support with coordination tasks of the Office team
• Help with setting up project teams and participate in projects working closely with the Public Cloud engineering leadership team.
• Maintenance and Updates of information material for various target audiences in different formats like PowerPoint or Word or Blog articles.
• Project support in relation to change management and communications planning (What, When, How, to which audience?)
• Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback.
• Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement.
• All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team.

The Public Cloud ERP Engineering office is serving as the air traffic controller for the leader and the senior leadership team; as an integrator connecting workstreams that would otherwise remain siloed; as a communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization; as an honest broker and truth teller when the leader needs a wide-ranging view without turf considerations; and as a confidant without an organizational agenda.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
