Du bist bereits mit der Planung, Implementierung und Wartung von Standortübergreifenden IT-Infrastrukturen vertraut?

Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in einer hybriden IT-Betriebslandschaft gesammelt und weißt, wie der Betrieb aussehen muss, wenn man sowohl on premise als auch in der Cloud unterwegs ist?

Und du hast Spaß daran, Anwender und Anwenderinnen bei technischen Problemen zu unterstützen und dein Wissen in einer komplexen IT-Umgebung zu erweitern?

Deine Aufgaben

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur (Active Directory, Azure AD, M365 Systemlandschaft, Windows Clients & Server, Netzwerke, Monitoring, Firewall, VMware, Security, TK-Anlagen etc.)
• Annahme, Qualifizierung und Fehlerbehebung von internen Supportanfragen der Anwender rund um die IT-Systeme der STP Gruppe (Unterstützung im 1st und 2nd Level Support, Ticketsystem)
• Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzsystemen und Notebooks für unsere internen Anwender (Intune)
• Umsetzung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Maßnahmen zum Schutz vor Cyberbedrohungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Dokumentationen (ISO27001)
• Mitwirkung an verschiedenen IT-Projekten
