Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Patient Recruitment for Clinical Trials to lead and oversee patient recruitment strategies across multiple clinical studies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient patient enrollment while collaborating with internal teams, study sites, and external vendors. Your expertise will drive the success of recruitment campaigns, optimize patient engagement, and contribute to the overall progress of the clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies : Design and execute comprehensive patient recruitment strategies tailored to specific trials, considering therapeutic areas, target populations, and site capabilities.
Monitor Recruitment Progress : Track patient recruitment metrics, assess site performance, and ensure recruitment goals are met within the study timelines.
Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with clinical operations, study sponsors, CROs, site coordinators, and external partners to align recruitment efforts with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Vendor Management : Oversee the performance of recruitment vendors, patient referral networks, and advertising agencies to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
Risk Mitigation : Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure steady patient enrollment.
Budget and Timeline Management : Manage recruitment budgets and ensure project timelines are adhered to, providing regular updates to sponsors and key stakeholders.
Patient Engagement Initiatives : Develop and manage patient engagement tools, materials, and campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels to enhance patient outreach and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze recruitment data to assess effectiveness, generate reports, and recommend improvements for future studies.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
3-5 years of experience in patient recruitment or clinical trial management, with a proven track record of successful recruitment outcomes.
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
Experience with digital recruitment strategies, including social media, online platforms, and direct-to-patient outreach.
Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
