We are looking for a Head Chef who wants to play a key role in shaping the daily life and development of our kitchen. Our restaurant is built around a stable, well-loved menu, and at the same time, we value fresh ideas and ongoing development. You will be present on the kitchen floor, close to the team and the product, with the opportunity to bring in your ideas, introduce seasonal changes and continuously refine the kitchen’s work.

Your Tasks :

• Hands-on leadership of the kitchen and active presence during service
• Contributing creative ideas to further develop the menu
• Bringing seasonal inspiration and fresh impulses into the kitchen
• Refining existing recipes with attention to detail
• Ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation of all dishes
• Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team in daily work
• Establishing and maintaining clear kitchen standards and preparation guidelines
• Training staff and ensuring compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations
• Close collaboration with management on menu planning, pricing and food cost control
• Responsibility for orders, supplier communication and proper storage of goods
