Key tasks :
Participate in corporate transformation, operational reorganization, restructuring, and M&A projectsSupport private equity deals, portfolio management and post post-merger integrationAnalyse financial data and business processes to identify improvement opportunitiesDevelop and execute solutions with high impactCollaborate in various internal projects to further develop both firmsPrepare presentations and reports for top management and other stakeholdersEngage with clients and management on-site, offering support and insights to drive successCollaborate with a multicultural team, leveraging diverse perspectives to enhance resultsYour Skills :
