Veolia Water Technologies and Solutions (Veolia WTS) is seeking an experienced Sales Domain Leader for the Micro Electronics market to drive our sales strategy and execution across Europe.
This influential role requires a deep understanding of the Micro Electronics sector coupled with strong sales acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating and executing a robust sales pipeline building strategic customer relationships and aligning with our European market approach.
DaytoDay Duties :
Identify and prioritise highpotential opportunities within the Micro Electronics market
Lead technical and commercial development of water treatment solutions and services
Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns to generate qualified leads
Cultivate longterm relationships at all levels of customer organisations
Collaborate with the European Market Leader for MicroE to ensure coordinated strategy execution
Participate in alignment meetings to discuss market opportunities and strategic initiatives
Support market development initiatives and joint value proposition development
Harmonise sales operations across regions defining clear objectives and action plans
Monitor and lead key opportunities through the sales pipeline
Develop opportunityspecific sales strategies to close new business
This role reports to the European Sales ES Leader.

Qualifications :
Preferred skills and experience :
Proven technical expertise in water and wastewater applications for the Micro Electronics market
Extensive experience in technical and commercial sales within the Water Treatment Micro Electronics sector
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred or industry experience
Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities
Outstanding relationshipbuilding skills with complex stakeholder landscapes
Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
Willingness to travel as required
