Your Role & Mission

We’re seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate growth within the DACH region. This is an incredible opportunity to drive meaningful impact in the fight against climate change. As a key member of the Revenue team, you will help industries decarbonize while working toward the goal of managing significant carbon reductions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiations and closing deals.
  • Research potential clients, leverage your network, and stay ahead of trends in carbon management to grow the customer base.
  • Conduct impactful presentations and product demonstrations, navigating the complexity of Enterprise SaaS sales with finesse.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies via multiple channels, including LinkedIn, phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align client needs with product offerings.
  • Build and maintain trust-based, long-term client relationships, keeping current customers engaged and informed.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update the CRM system (HubSpot) for complete transparency.
  • Foster collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine strategies and offerings.
  • Regularly visit clients and offices in Berlin or Munich as part of your dynamic, hybrid working schedule.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the B2B tech sector, with proven success managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with expertise in enterprise sales within industries like manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, machinery, chemicals, or logistics.
  • Passion for the carbon emissions sector, with a clear understanding of the industry. Prior experience in climate tech is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A self-motivated, goal-driven approach, complemented by excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and strategic mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open to regular travel and excited to work in a diverse, international team setting.
