Your mission Your mission is to establish, maintain, and improve a data-driven approach for our Partnership Products. As the first business analyst on the team, you will assist us in providing insights on our products to improve their quality and delivery, and to continuously increase their relevance for our partners. Your work will empower the team through compelling data visualization and storytelling. You will communicate key findings to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your Responsibilities will include :
Provide relevant data-based insights on our Partnership Products through data analysis, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data sourcesMonitor and measure KPIs to increase the product quality and optimize team effectivenessCreate compelling slides and reports using advanced data visualization techniques and storytelling formatsDevelop tailored views and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making processes, utilizing sophisticated analytics techniquesSpearhead the automation of operational processes, conceptualizing and implementing innovative solutions to proactively monitor performance and capture relevant insightsIntegrate and streamline diverse data streams from various sources using tools such as Google Sheets, HubSpot, etc., ensuring data integrity and consistencyDevelop process frameworks and documentation, advocating for the adoption of best practicesYour profile
Strong proficiency in manipulating, visualizing, and presenting qualitative and quantitative dataAdvanced proficiency in presentation software (Google Slides, Powerpoint, etc.) - must be able to generate sleek and compelling presentationsStrong understanding of visual storytelling principles and design aestheticsDetail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrityExperience with HubSpot and very good Excel / Google Sheets skillsGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Spoken and written skills in both English and German - both C1 level or higherWhat we offer A highly qualified and motivated team of ~120 people is on a journey to change the rapidly evolving European AI Landscape.
