Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join the FG Clean Wipes team. This position will be responsible for executing strategies to drive growth at current customers, expand our client base, and create long-term relationships with key partners and customers. “Owning your Business”, entrepreneurism, a bias for action and developing trust (internally and externally) are key elements for success and are integral to our culture at FG Clean Wipes. Business growth is highly rewarded. This position reports to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Strategy & Growth : Execute strategies to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base. Analyze market trends to recommend new business targets. Increase Market Share through development of new relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Sales : Generate and qualify leads, engage with prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer decision-makers. Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication and proactive problem-solving. Multiply yourself through your distributor sales representatives (via joint sales calls, training, selling tools and salesforce.com tracking).
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis : Conduct research to identify new industry trends, customer needs, and competitors. Provide recommendations for product or service enhancements based on market analysis.
  • Closing Deals : Collaborate with Director of Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Product Engineering to advance projects to closure with all customers
  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Support : Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and progress toward business targets. SFDC is our CRM.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Measurable success (sales growth and strategic planning / execution) with respect to New Business Development / Account Management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with products requiring spec-in (cleanroom / controlled environment consumables or related products is ideal).
  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience working with distributors. Demonstrable skills in relationship building, training and motivating distributors and / or agents or reps.
  • Experience in end user relationship building / demand creation activities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational business environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for success and achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Bilingual German / English

    Lift and / or move up to 25 pounds, including a briefcase and / or sales materials.

    Travel

    Up to 35% travel may be required.
