Investment Associate
Die Rolle :
- Begleitung von M&A-Aktivitäten auf der Käuferseite im Kontext von Möglichkeiten der Projektentwicklung
- Durchführung von Evaluierungen einzelner Projekte und Portfolios
- Umfassende Analyse von Projektchancen in kommerzieller, regulatorischer und technischer Hinsicht
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung (sowohl kommerziell als auch technisch) von EPC- und O&M-Verträgen mit Auftragnehmern
- Strukturierung und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen inklusive der Einrichtung und Organisation von Datenräumen
- Koordination interner und externer Partner der Projektentwicklung während des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus
Die Person :
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Finanzen, Umweltplanung oder äquivalent
- Plus zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrung mit der Erstellung und Bewertung von Finanzmodellen, sowie M&A Transaktionen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
