Are you passionate about crafting the future of our protection portfolio elements Generator Protection and Paralleling and High-Speed Busbar-Transfer devices. As part of our team, you will have

2 to 3 days of mobile working per week, up to 30 days of workation in selected countries

You'll make an impact by

Analyzing the market and collaborating with customers, end-users, and other teams to find opportunities that prioritize customer value

Driving business performance by setting and achieving meaningful product goals

Coordinating the full product lifecycle, from initial definition to end-of-life, and ensuring alignment with user needs

Defining and initiating go-to-market strategies that resonate with diverse audiences

Identify and address gaps in the product portfolio to enhance our market presence and meet evolving customer needs

Developing and maintaining competitive positioning to ensure our products stand out

Your defining qualities

You have several years of experience in System Protection and Automation Industry.

You have a proven understanding of protection applications, having knowledge of generator protection application is a plus.

You are committed to continuous improvement and innovation combined with a customer-centered approach.

You are familiar with PLM and agile product development.

A master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent and proficiency in English round off your profile.
