We are seeking a business-oriented Oracle Retail Functional Consultant with Retail Insights / RDW / Analytics experience to join a major retail transformation programme currently in the design phase . This role requires strong business process understanding , the ability to define KPIs , and confidently lead workshops with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead business workshops focused on Oracle Retail capabilities
• Define and refine KPIs and business processes
• Translate business needs into functional Oracle Retail designs
• Provide guidance to business users on dashboards and geographic insights
