Technology department operates the global internal IT landscape of
the BEUMER Group with more than 5,500 employees and external
partners. As a Senior Digital Workplace Specialist your workplace
will be one of our IT hubs in Aarhus, Denmark or Beckum / Dortmund,
Germany.
Job Description
As a
Senior Digital Workplace Specialist, you will be responsible for
developing and implementing our digital workplace strategy. Your
role will involve utilizing Microsoft 365 tools and technologies to
enhance digital transformation and improve employee experience and
engagement. You will collaborate with various stakeholders,
including IT teams, department heads, and external partners, to
ensure that our digital workplace initiatives align with the
overall business goals and objectives.
Key
responsibilities
include : Executing and
managing projects together with the business stakeholders to ensure
alignment with strategic
objectives
Strategically
developing and evolving the digital workplace to ensure it meets
the future needs of the organization and stays ahead of
technological
advancements
Designing and
implementing digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 tools
such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other related
applications
Introducing and
promoting the use of low-code / no-code solutions through Microsoft
Power Platform
Collaborating
with cross-functional teams to identify and address digital
workplace needs and
requirements
Providing
expert guidance and support for the adoption and usage of Microsoft
365 tools and technologies across the
organization
Ensuring the
security, compliance, and governance of digital workplace solutions
in accordance with company policies and industry
standards
Monitoring and
evaluating the effectiveness of digital workplace solutions and
identifying opportunities for improvement and
optimization
Qualifications
As
a Senior Digital Workplace Specialist, you bring a wealth of
experience in leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and
technologies to enhance workplace productivity and collaboration.
With a strong background in IT and digital transformation, you
excel in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions,
optimizing IT infrastructure, and leading successful digital
projects. Your goal is to create seamless, efficient, and
innovative digital environments that empower teams to achieve their
best work.
Key qualifications
include : Executing and
within Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related
field
Profound knowledge in
Microsoft 365 technologies, especially SharePoint, OneDrive and
Teams
Very good knowledge in
Microsoft Power Platform and preferably implementing a Low Code /
No Code strategy
Some years
of experience from a similar position, ideally in an international
company
Relevant
certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Power Platform
Functional Consultant Associate) are a
plus
Analytical mindset and
excellent troubleshooting
skills
Fluency in
English
