Partnering directly with the Senior Supply Chain Manager, your focus will be on sales coordination, supply chain project development and NetSuite support.
What you will do
- Coordinate B2B sales orders for the EMEA and APAC regions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and manage supply chain projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, system automation, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Provide support for NetSuite-related projects within other supply chain departments.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize processes and implement best practices across the supply chain.
What you should bring
Relevant work experience : 1-5 years, with strong order management and data entry skills.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Good understanding of supply chain principles, order management process, and best practices for improving efficiency.Analytical skills : Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights to optimize operations.Language skills : English required; German and French are beneficial (not essential).What we can offer you
