What you’lldo

Ensureoperational excellence in all relevant compliance areas whilealigning with BaFin’s regulatory guidelines.

Provide compliance advice on all current andfuture products and services across the business, as well asoverarching compliance requirements, such as product governance,vulnerable customers, conflict of interest, outsourcing, SMCR,conduct risk etc.

Leadcompliance projects, participate in cross-functional teams anddeliver within timelines.

Ensure the appropriate operation of thefinancial promotions review process.

Own and maintain all compliance policies andprocedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effectivelyimplemented.

Managerelationships with key stakeholders, understand their needs andprovide tailored compliance advice.

Work with T212’s Legal Team to manage therelationship with BaFin.

What you need to have

Proven experience in leadinghigh-performing compliance teams towards operationalsuccess.

Educated to degreelevel in Law, Finance, Business or a relatedfield.

Fluency in Englishand German.

A minimum offive years experience in a senior compliance capacity within aMiFID-regulated firm.

Deepknowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks andguidelines.

Excellentability to understand the business and excel in ownershiproles.

Ability to workunder pressure and be adaptable.

Experience working with international teamsacross different time zones, utilising digital communication toolsto coordinate and manage tasks efficiently.
