We are currentlylooking for a Community Diagnostics Sales Manager Germany(m / f / d) to join our Sales team in Germany. In thisposition be responsible for a dedicated group of customers acrossGermany. This is a field-based position with home office andfrequent travel across the dedicated territory ofresponsibility.

As part ofthis team, you will be responsible for growth and expansion ofdirect sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and / orterritory / region on products or services. Establishes professionalrelationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meetsassigned targets for profitable sales volume and margindollars.

Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto :

Achievesales goals and developing the currentmarket

Be responsible formanaging and growing business in existing and new Cepheidaccounts

Develop CommunityTesting accounts with broad range of assaymenu

Sell additionalappropriate instrumentation to customers in thecommunity

Introduce anddevelop new testing in Point of caresettings

Subject matterexpert in one key communitysegment

Manage customer datain SFDC

Work closely withField Application Specialists, Virtual Sales, Marketing, MedSci andGAMA

Develop and deliverspresentations andproposals

Host and assistwith community setting congresses and localmeetings

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

Bachelor’sdegree in field with 5+ years of related work experience ORMaster’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experienceOR Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related workexperience.

Scientificbackground – Biology / Pharmacy- Microbiologyknowledge

German andadvanced Englishrequired

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein

Sales experienceand CustomerFocus

Experience of workingwith customers in communitysettings
