We are hiring for a Working Student - Marketing Operations (f / m / d) to work in our Marketing & Communication team.

Tasks

Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms like Marketo & Salesforce;

Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with marketing technologies;

Design, implement and document automated workflows to improve efficiency;

Ensure data quality and integration across systems;

Analyze marketing data to measure performance and optimize future campaigns;

Create and maintain marketing assets, including landing pages and email templates;

Qualifications

You are enrolled as a full-time student, ideally in marketing, or business administration and would be available immediately.

You will be an enrolled student for at least another 1-2 years.

You are willing and enthusiastic to learn marketing technologies like Salesforce & Marketo

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Fluent English language skills required

You are located either in Essen or in Berlin.
