What you will enjoy doing

During the 24-months trainee programyou will join our Legal & Compliance organization in Pullach nearby Munich, Germany with the following functions : Legal Services,Compliance & Data Protection, Export Control and Customs.

By various stages in all Legal & Compliance functions, you have the opportunity to work on exciting, varied and international topics around Legal & Compliance. In addition you will get a comprehensive, holistic view of our organization and our strategy through job rotations in various departments with thematic affinity (e.g. Project Management, Contract Management, Tax, Finance). One part of the program will be an assignment at an international location (foreign subsidiary or construction site).

From the beginning, you will takeon the challenge of working in an international, cross-functional team whichenables you to grow on the job and gain extensive professional experience.

Your mentor will support you toreach your full potential by directly guiding and providing regular feedback.Additional trainings with your fellow trainees in relevant hard and soft skillswill be offered along with the opportunity to visit our entities in Dresden andTacherting. Active networking with peers and managers will boost your development.

What makes you great

• Above average degree in law, legal stateexamination or comparable qualification in an international legalfield is required
• Moreover, you are proficient inEnglish (written and spoken), knowledge in German (minimum B2 level) is of advantage
• You gained first experience via internships and / or studies abroad and you havean international mindset as well as the ability to collaborate in teams
• Excellent analytical skills,self-confidence, outstanding self-motivation, and a desire to learn complementyour profile
