Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries.

Responsibilities :
- Construction management of mission critical high-tech industrial projects, with an electrical bias
- Ensuring that construction projects are carried according to schedule and a high level of quality
- Coordination and monitoring of subcontractors, as well as overall oversight of the activities on construction site
- Documentation of the construction progress and reporting to construction managers
- Site inspections, acceptance inspections and meetings
- Measurement creation and verification of submitted documents from subcontractors
Requirements :
- Relevant qualification in construction (e.g., master's or technician qualification) or entry-level candidate with engineering degree
- Experience in construction management would be a plus
- Basic knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
