Product Insights Manager (Mobile app focused)

Qualifications :

• CRO Technical & Analytical Expertise : Youve got hands-on experience in conversion rate optimization within e-commerce including mobile applications. Proficiency with digital analytics tools (GA4 GTM Firebase)
• Data-Driven and Analytical : Numbers are your second language. You can sift through complex data spot opportunities and turn insights into strategies that boost performance. Youre confident with A / B and multivariate testing and know how to build an effective experimentation roadmap.
• Strategic Thinker : You focus on impact and ROI balancing quick wins with longer-term improvements. Youre not just testing for the sake of it; youre always tying your work back to the bigger picture. Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable strategies. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Detail-Oriented and Organized : Youre meticulous whether its setting up an experiment QAing a test or documenting results. Youve also got a knack for juggling multiple projects and keeping them all on track.
• Collaborative Communicator : You thrive in a team setting working seamlessly with product design development and marketing teams. Youre great at breaking down complex ideas and getting buy-in from different stakeholders.
• Language Skills :  Fluent in English. Additional European languages (German French Spanish Italian) are a strong plus.
