The flagship store of their internationally established jewelry retailer is looking for the right leader to manage a small sales team and continue to build on the store's lasting success. Become :

Store Manager - Jewelry - German & English (m / f / d), Karlsruhe Area

• This centrally located store enjoys steady growth and a leading market position.
• Your responsibilities as store manager include :
• Leading a sales team of 3 to 4 employees
• Managing budgets and targets
• Willingness to work 3–4 Saturdays per month (6 day work week)
• Participating in the planning and implementation of sales initiatives, executing sales concepts in the store, and organizing staff schedules
• Providing professional, individual, and friendly customer service
• Handling administrative tasks and basic accounting, conducting inventory
• Preparing and attending fairs
