direct and indirectEstablish cross-divisional collaboration beyond departments and geographical regionsDrive a compelling solution & service offering to achieve above average sales growthIntensified cooperation with Key Account Management to improve the in-house shareEnsuring spot-on market and application-specific communication measuresRepresenting the HARTING Technology Group in relevant committees and organizations Requirements : University degree in technology or economics (MSc, MA, MBA)At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position and industryStrategy development, budget planning and business managementDirect or indirect leadership responsibility for international teamsFamiliar with global corporate structures and working in matrix organizationsExperience in stakeholder management and intercultural cooperationSelf-motivated, persistent, resilient, open minded and hands-onSpoken and written language skills : English business fluent, 2nd language based on location Benefits : First things first : With us you count as a person - that's why we offer you benefits that support you in your job and in your private life.
