Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition
Your role
In this role you will provide leadership to the local recruiting team based in Frankfurt, driving performance that supports the business with all of their hiring needs.
As a player manager’ you will take ownership of a number of open requisitions and work with the local HR teams and hiring manager community to fill these roles, quickly, with exceptional talent, whilst achieving optimal outputs from your team of recruiters in their own hiring endeavours.
You will proactively engage at all times with multiple stakeholders, ranging from HRBP's to local HR teams and business managers, to ensure a transparent and highly efficient approach to recruiting.
What you’ll need
Strong recruitment delivery experience, covering entry level through to senior management / director level appointments
Generalist recruitment experience, covering a broad range of corporate functions (operations, finance, marketing, sales, technical,
Team management; track record of driving performance through a team of recruiters
Player Manager’ mentality. Lead the local recruitment team to excellent performance whilst managing and successfully closing open requisitions yourself
Indirect sourcing experience - agency management experience including negotiations of terms and conditions
Direct sourcing experience through a variety of channels including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn and niche channels
Interviewing and assessment skills
Experience of working with recruitment systems (ideally Oracle)
Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, including remotely
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders seamlessly at any time (HRBP’s, hiring managers, local HR team etc)
