We are looking for a TenderingSpecialist / Ausschreibungsspezialist - Fluent German with English skills to handlepublic tenders for all our sales and service areas. You will workcross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timelysubmission of tender documents. You will coordinate and plan thecontributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback tothe sales and service team about the current status of thetenders.

Yourresponsibilities :

• Timelysubmission of complete tender documents on the relevantplatforms
• Compilation of complete tenderdocuments and ensuring the correct signing of documents accordingto the company's authorizations
• Coordination ofactivities among team members involved in the tender to ensuretimely submission
• Identification of publictenders in our target segments by analyzing publications on variousplatforms
• Review of legal requirements forpublictenders
