Key responsibilities / You will get to:

• External benchmarking, identification of improvement opportunities across the insurance value chain, identification of top down impact and steering
• Work with client teams, bearing responsibility for specific tasks, the quality of your deliverables and ensuring project milestones are reache
• Manage communications and project timelines
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key requirements / What we hope you bring:

• University degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Project management/change management/business transformation/initiative development and rollout skills
• Experience in strategy and transformation programs
• Insurance knowledge, acquired in a consulting environment is a nice to have
• Working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Extensive experience in PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English
