Acting as a Product Manager Showers B2C , LIXIL Europe (d / f / m) will face you with these tasks :
Responsibility for B2C Europe Product Assortment, e.g. :Lead of strategic and commercial product management for your product category
Representation of your product category (B2C Europe) in the global GROHE contextEstablish profound product & market knowledge and translate into portfolio improvement initiativesProduct Portfolio & Performance Management, e.g. :Data driven understanding of success drivers and opportunities in the 3C model
Consequent portfolio analysis to improve portfolio productivity (sales & margin)Maintain & manage short- / long-term product development roadmapReview market-specific product requirements, market dynamics & competitive landscape to identify white spots and business opportunitiesDevelop priorities for customers and marketsNew Product Development, e.g. :Initiation of new product development projects according to business opportunity
Definition of launch strategy, Business Case & GTM conceptAccompany and support product development process (commercial responsibility) in collaboration with global product team and European marketsCollect & validate Bottom-up market forecast from marketsProduct Launch e.g. :Rough definition of product-related marketing package requirements (Marketing assets, product content, activation & consumer touchpoint communication)
Initiate Kick-Off Meeting with Centers of ExcellenceCommunicate launch timeline to markets & maintain international exchangeFollow up launch performance, review market forecasts and order intake and initiate adjustments or additional activation if neededYou should have the following qualifications :
University degree in business studies or related fieldsProfessional experience in Product ManagementInterest and high affinity for highly technical products. Technical product expertise would be preferred.Experience in dealing with international markets and customersKnowledge of project, product management and marketingVery good spoken and written German and English language skillsVery good knowledge of Google (e.g. Mail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc.)Why LIXIL?
