In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate their travel bookings and ensuring a smooth experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat regarding their bookings and inquiries.
- Assist customers with reservations, cancellations, modifications, and general inquiries related to their travel plans.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions and updates in the CRM system accurately for future reference.
- Collaborate with various departments to address complex issues and improve customer experiences.
- Stay informed about Booking.com services, promotions, and travel trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.Experience in customer support, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred.Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.Familiarity with booking systems and travel-related products is a plus.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.Willingness to relocate to Greece for this position.Benefits
