About your tasks :

  • You analyze category  KPIs and market data  to identify growth opportunities and new assortments as well as to optimize performance and react to current developments
  • You support  onsite pricing  and collaborate with marketing teams on  product placement  for campaigns and promotions
  • You work closely with internal teams (e.g. Procurement Controlling Marketing) and external partners to streamline category processes
  • You work with the team on  crossfunctional projects  to improve category structures processes and merchandising strategies

Qualifications : About you :

  • You have (first) experience in Category Management or similar roles preferably in ECommerce or for healthrelated products
  • You  enjoy working very datadriven and have good analytics skills with the ability to interpret sales data financial metrics and market trends
  • You have a  customerfocused mindset and  feel comfortable in dynamic environments having the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • You hare fluent in German and English
  • You can work remotely a lot if you like but are able and willing to meet with your team in the Cologne office once a month
