KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Grid Solutions Full / Part time Either Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day  As a Team Assistant, you will be a crucial contributor to a dynamic and versatile team dedicated to advancing Control & Protection Platforms for FACTS and HVDC solutions. Your day-to-day activities will involve orchestrating travel logistics and handling expense reimbursements for your colleagues. You will also oversee procurement activities, ensuring the flawless acquisition of crucial materials and services. In addition, you will take charge of coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and facilitating effective communication in both German and English, both within the team and with external partners. Your organizational skills will be key in maintaining the smooth operation of daily activities. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Play a pivotal role in supporting a diverse and agile team focused on the development of Control & Protection Platforms for FACTS and HVDC solutions
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and handle expense reimbursements for team members
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure the efficient ordering of vital materials and services
  • Coordinate meetings and handle appointments to facilitate effective collaboration
  • Facilitate communication in both German and English, ensuring clarity and understanding
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of daily activities within the team

  • Proven experience in travel management and expense accounting
  • Strong capability in managing procurement and ordering processes
  • Highly organized and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with familiarity in tools like JIRA and GIT being a plus
  • A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach, adept at multitasking
