We proudly support a leading agency in the event and entertainment industry, renowned for organizing world-class festivals and events. They are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated professional to join their team as Head of Marketing.

In this role, you will drive brand growth and spearhead marketing initiatives to elevate our organization's impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development :

  • Craft and implement comprehensive branding, marketing, and ticketing strategies.
  • Identify and approach potential partners for strategic marketing collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure long-term successful cooperation.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

  • Lead, manage, and develop a highly motivated in-house marketing team.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelance creatives to deliver outstanding results.
  • Work closely with event partners across international target markets.
  • Budgeting and Planning :

  • Plan, monitor, and optimize the marketing budget with a focus on effectiveness and strategic pricing.
  • Innovation Management :

  • Drive the implementation of innovative marketing processes and new technologies.
  • Enhance the organization’s digital infrastructure, including websites and online tools.
  • Brand Development and Storytelling :

  • Develop compelling content and stories for social media and digital platforms.
  • Support the content team in crafting narratives that strengthen brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency in brand presentation across all channels and formats.
  • Digital Marketing and Performance :

  • Oversee performance marketing activities and continuously optimize campaigns to meet targets.
  • Your Profile

  • A completed degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or a related field.
  • Several years of marketing experience, ideally in the event or entertainment industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Expertise in budget planning and brand development.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance optimization.
  • A strong passion for branding and storytelling.
