Sales Account Manager - Germany (Remote) - Scandinavia Market

I'm seeking a Sales Account / Business Development Manager for Scandinavia.

The Role

As a Sales Account / Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving business and sales development within the Industry sector in the Scandinavian region.

Your innovative approach will involve identifying and establishing new partnerships and customers.

Your key responsibilities include :

  • Developing new markets and generating new business opportunities through in-depth market and competition analyses.
  • Providing support to existing partners and integrators, serving as their primary contact for product-related inquiries.
  • Conducting on-site visits, serving as a knowledgeable point of contact, and persuading decision-makers about the benefits and technical applications of our fuel cells and energy solutions.
  • Attending trade shows across the region.
  • Organizing product training sessions for partners / dealers, arranging test presentations for potential customers, and representing our products at trade fairs.
  • Taking charge of sales in the region, forecasting, and budget planning.
  • Connecting with distributors to increase the market share across the region.

Your Qualifications :

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • A technical university degree or equivalent training.
  • A genuine passion for electrotechnical / electromechanical processes.
  • Experience in (international) sales of technical products, ideally in the Scandinavian region.
  • Fluent in German.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Any Scandinavian language skills are a big plus.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
  • A willingness to travel, with approximately 25-40% of your time spent on the road.
