This is a pivotal role withinour organisation, offering the chance to shape and deliver ourinternational flight supply strategy as we expand across Europe.You will be instrumental in driving our growth by securing andoptimising flight options for our customers, ensuring we offercompetitive and compelling holidaypackages.
Reporting to the Director of Aviationfor functional expertise and aligning with the International teamfor market expansion strategy, you'll be a key player in a dynamicand collaborativeenvironment.
Drive strategicgrowth : You will lead the research, development, and execution ofour international flight supply strategy, directly impacting ourability to enter new European markets and increase marketshare.
Secure competitiveadvantage : By forging strong relationships with airlines,consolidators, and technology providers, you'll ensure we haveaccess to the best flight options at the most competitiveprices.
Enhance customerexperience : You'll play a vital role in delivering exceptionalholiday experiences by providing a wide range of flight choicesthat meet the diverse needs of our European customerbase.

Supplierrelationshipmanagement
Buildand optimise relationships with airlines and consolidator partnersto ensure loveholidays has access to the best pricing andavailability in themarket.
Lead QuarterlyBusiness Reviews with local airline and technologypartners.
Account managementof an agreed portfolio ofairlines.
Marketanalysis &contracting
Conductseasonal reviews of tour operator content in the local market andnegotiate new tour operator contracts asapplicable.
Regular reviewsof technology and consolidated flight providers in the Europeanmarket to ensure that loveholidays has the best access tosupply.
Strategicplanning &execution
Closeworking relationship with HQ Supply team in order to leveragecentrally held low-cost and scheduled carrierrelationships.
Review andmake recommendations to the business where opportunities exist forcommitment with airlines, and reviewing risk versusreward.
Represent theAviation team as part of the international expansion program,delivering regular market intelligence and progressreports.
Work with the widerAviation team and flight supply tech team to agree priorities fordevelopment to support both DE and new European expansionmarkets.
Reporting& performancemanagement
Ownershipand delivery of agreed quarterlytargets.
Workingcross-functionally with the wider Supply, Revenue Management,Trading, and Marketing teams to ensure airline tacticalopportunities aremaximised.
Deliveringmonthly reporting to consolidators, airline partners, andairports.
Yourskillset :
Extensiveflight supply & package travelknowledge
Deepunderstanding of the B2B aviation sales landscape in Europe,particularly for packagetravel.
Well connected withairlines and consolidators in Europe, particularly inGermany.
Commercialacumen
Strongcommunication and negotiation skills with a proven ability tosecure competitive deals and optimise flightcosts.
High commercialacumen, with strong knowledge of airlinecontracts.
Data-assistedapproach
Numerateand data proficient.
Abilityto translate data into investment cases and commercialvalue.
Communication& relationshipbuilding
Abilityto work closely with internal and external partners and developrelationships.
Comfortablecollating and delivering presentations to a cross-functionalaudience.
Team player with acan-do attitude.
Highlyorganised and able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Desirable(optional)
Userexperience with tools for monitoring competitiveness in the DPspace.
Experience of flightinvestments and volume agreements inEurope.
Multi-lingual : Fluency in one or more European languages (especially German andDutch).
