Tasks

Purpose of the role : The role will assist and contribute to Brand Marketing team providing support to New Product Development, Go to market definition, planning, and execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-category portfolio teams to develop and execute Go-To-Market plans and marketing activation activities for 2025 product launches
  • Support the Brand Marketing & Promotion teams in driving the implementation of commercial innovation initiatives
  • Assist the Pricing team with maintaining the pricing database, refining product categorization and pricing structure, and conducting financial analyses

    • What you'll do :

  • Support Brand Manager in tracking NPD timelines and GTM deliverables
  • Support Brand Manager in monitoring competitor’s portfolio initiatives
  • Support Brand team in Marketing presentation preparation and dedicated reporting if needed.
  • Participate in and contribute to brand operational team meetings with other functions, when needed
  • Work across multiple projects across portfolio brands
  • Support in maintenance of Pricing Database
  • Support in revision of product categorization
  • Conduct price and financial analysis
  • Support Promotion team in Promotion calendar implementation

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Brand strategy development, Innovation and NPD development, GTM plan & execution, Project Management
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and project management tools
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to constantly grow and hands on attitude
  • High ownership of the tasks you are given
