StellenbeschreibungOversee the receipt of shipments and associated documents. Monitor and track the weighing of shipments. Generate freight receipts, pick-up lists, warehouse receipts, delivery orders, and other related documentation. Take photographs of loads. Identify when a load requires repacking, request confirmation, and track the process. Dispatch loads efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications :
- Completed German Ausbildung or equivalent qualification.
- German secondary education (Abitur or equivalent) is required.
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Experience in warehousing.
- Familiarity with international commercial documents.
- Capable of independently identifying shipping documents and issuing warehouse receipts.
- Immediate recognition of and appropriate response to damaged shipments.
- Knowledge of warehouse inventory management.
