Day-to-day responsabilities

• Help the whole Scrum Team in different Scrum Events to define refine and work on their Sprint Backlog
• Organizing & moderating different Scrum ceremonies e.g. the Sprint Retrospective
• Coaching the whole group in a motivating approach to understand the Agile Values and Principles
• Support the Teams to remove impediments
• Support the Teams to keep the backlog up-to-date
• Work closely together with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is constantly up-todate ordered and clear
• Ensure that sprint goals are well defined and commitment of team is held. Identify root causes in case sprint goals are missed.
• Driving the continuous improvements of the team members process and product
• Definition and follow up of DORA metrics
• Support the team in the planned experiments and help in the application of empiricism
• Collaborate with the other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve the effectiveness of the use of Scrum within the organization.

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change step up and show whats next people with passion can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and practice this means:

• 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification with proven track record of successful agile transformations
• Strong technical background with ability to understand complex software systems and technical discussions
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to coach teams resolve conflicts and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
• Experience as in other methods like Kanban XP DevOps
• Proactive independent and solution-focus working style
• Open-minded personality team-player with interpersonal and conflict solving skills
• For you Agility is a passion not only a framework or process
• Beneficial but not mandatory: you have experience with Scaled Agile approaches such as LeSS or SAFe
• You are highly motivated to design with us the next steps moving towards DevOps
• You are speaking proficient Business English (French is a major plus)
