C4 Campaign Planner

As an operational C4 campaign plans analyst, you can use your operational planning and military communications experience to ensure your client develops thorough and executable planning products and decision-support tools, so they are better prepared to execute command and control to protect our national interest.
As a C4 campaign plans analyst on our team, you’ll be a valuable member of our small local team that works closely with cross-functional planners and experienced technical C4 experts to develop and integrate C4 enabling effects while providing assessment services and valued recommendations on improving C4 operational readiness in the unit’s area of operations. You’ll support staff planning for the development and integration of theater campaign, operations, contingency planning, and Naval Integration efforts. You’ll support reviews of crisis and contingency response concepts of operations and help draft functional C4 policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and annexes to component-level contingency plans and steady-state campaign plans and orders. You’ll support security cooperation and interoperability planning and assessments. You’ll support component-level participation in combatant command and Service C4 conferences, working groups, and staff processes to align service capabilities and activities with joint and service strategic objectives. You Have :
8+ years of experience as a Marine Corps communications officer
5+ years of experience as a Marine Corps planner in a cross-functional environment
3+ years of experience in planning and conducting large-scale C4 events requiring coordination with multiple organizations and departments
3+ years of experience with supporting Service Component or Geographical Combatant Commandheadquarters staff
Ability to work independently, interact and collaborate as part of a team, conduct action officer-level duties, and present oral briefings and presentations
Ability to manage planning efforts of multiple events simultaneously
TS / SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Graduate of Intermediate Level School, such as Joint PME Level 1
Nice If You Have :
2+ years of experience executing operations officer duties in a C4 organization, such as battalion, squadron, or above
Experience with leading Operational Planning Teams
Experience with combatant command level joint planning
Experience with writing Operation Plan Annex K
Experience with planning and executing Marine Corps or Navy C4 operations in joint and combined operations or large-scale exercises
Experience in the European or African Theaters
Knowledge and understanding of the Joint Planning Process
Knowledge of Combined, NATO, Joint, Naval, and Marine Corps C4 doctrine and capabilities
Knowledge of Marine Corps' roles, missions, capabilities, and structure, and Navy or Marine Corps Planning Process
Completion of Professional Military Education
Clearance :

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
