Role summary :

Flowserve is looking for a Precision Assembler (M / F / T) for the Ettlingen site. You will be responsible for preparing the assembly work and making devices, templates for the production of parts. The role requires the installation of multi-layered assembly scopes according to drawings, such as electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and / or electronic parts.

Your role :

  • Adjustment / calibration of positioners.
  • Reconstruction / modification of PMV products.
  • Determining and carrying out piping according to function plan (automation).
  • Wiring solenoid valves - limit switches.
  • Preparation of electrical components (e.g. limit switches) according to specifications.
  • Carrying out intermediate inspections, e.g. leak tests.
  • Assembly of individual devices according to sketches, drawings or circuit diagrams.
  • Installation of various assemblies, products, units with complex assembly contents (e.g. creation of special products / initial assembly).
  • Elimination of specific malfunctions.
  • Using test instructions to check the functionality, quality parameters and completeness of the respective assembly contents.
  • Identification and elimination of defects in assemblies, products, units (e.g. tolerance deviations, outage, incorrect parts, condition, leakage).
  • Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks according to plan or demand.
